PMC PH40 Plural Component Spray Foam Proportioner

You may have noticed that the PMC PH40 Series of hydraulic proportioner units is available with

either 7.5 kw or 9.0 kw of operating power for the material heater. You'll see the same headline at the top

of both product pages PH40 proportioner. 2000psi, 40lbs/minute and as you go through the specifications,

you should realize that they're essentially the same, only differing as to the amount of power applied in

heating the materials to be sprayed.

The capabilities of this PH40 foam and coating proportioner with 7.5 kw heater are nearly

identical to the 9 kw unit, with the exception of having an electrical consumption of 80 A @ 3x230 volts,

compared to 93 A @ 3x230 volts (using both heaters) of the 9.0 kw model. Open architecture in frame design

makes this commercial and residential proportioner easy to maintain and operate. As medium-sized plural-

component spray foam proportioners go, this is as good as they get!
