The Graco Fusion AP (air purge) Plural Component Spray Gun is the ideal

piece for conducting high-output spray polyurethane and other polyurea coating operations for many applications,

and its in stock now right here at SPF Depot. The Graco Fusion AP Gun is made with a long-life mixing chamber

and tough, long-lasting seals for lower maintenance requirements and less downtime. This fusion air purge gun

experiences less clogging and buildup in the tip due to its air blast tip cleaning capability. You can also

easily change mixing chambers without the use of tools because the front cap needs only to be hand

tightened.

Gracos air purge guns are easy to clean and maintain, but like any sprayer, the components will eventually wear out or clog. The Graco air cap tip and AF chamber fits its Fusion AP series of spray foam insulation guns. This replacement part kit fits all Graco AP models, regardless of spray pattern or orifice size.

These are the only components on the gun that receive both parts of the polyurea or polyurethane solution. Unpurged chemicals can react and harden in these components, making them susceptible to clogging. These parts also experience high-pressure loads and can stretch or crack over long-term use.
